• Km 0  Start at Marina Longueuil. Take the bike path between the river and road 132.
• Km 5.16  Take the passover to cross road 132
• At the bottom of the passover, turn right on Marie-Victorin
• Km 14,16  Turn left on chemin de la Côte-d'en-Bas (chemin de la Côte-Bissonnette) which becomes chemin de la Côte-d'en-Haut
• Km 16,26  Turn right on boulevard de la Marine.

• Km 62,66  Turn left on Principale street (Road 223 North)
• Km 64,66  Turn right on Côte St-Jean (Follow road 223 North sign) 
• Km 69,46  Stop at 543, Côte St-Jean, Saint-Roch-de-Richelieu, Le Relais Saint-Roch

From Relais Saint-Roch to Tourism Office of Sorel-Tracy :

•  Km 78,86  Continue on Côte St-Jean which becomes Chemin Saint-Roch.
•  Km 79,56  Continuer sur le chemin Saint-Roch jusqu'à la Pâtisserie de France.
• Km 79,56  Continue on Chemin Saint-Roch to the Pâtisserie de France store.
• Turn right on Cormier street
• Turn left on Decelles street
• Turn right on Marie-Victorin Road (Road 132 East). Cross the Turcotte Bridge.
• Turn right on du Roi street and continue to the du Roi and Adélaïde street intersection.
