  • START : At the parking (P1) of the Bureau d'information touristique de la région de Sorel-Tracy (92 chemin des Patriotes, Sorel-Tracy)
  • KM 0,00 Take the La Sauvagine bike path. Turn left at the cyclists' traffic light onto du Roi street.
  • KM 1,10 Turn left : Turcotte bridge's traffic light (Road 132 West).  Take the left sidewalk then take the left path before the end of the Turcotte Bridge.
  • KM 1,60 Turn left : Vandal street.
  • KM 2,00 Turn right : de Prouville street.
  • KM 2,20 Take the bike path.
  • KM 2,70 Turn left : municipal bike lane on Chemin St-Roch.
  • KM 8,60 Turn right : chemin du Golf
  • KM 10,6 Turn left : Marie-Victorin road (Road 132 West).
  • KM 18,9 Turn left : montée St-Roch.
  • KM 24,2 Take the St-Roch-de-Richelieu-St-Ours ferry to cross the Richelieu river. (distance recorded) (Available from 6AM to midnight everyday from mid-april until mid-december. 2 $/bike.)
  • KM 24,4 Go up the Traverse Avenue hill after the ferry ride. 
  • KM 24,5 Turn left : Immaculée-Conception street (Road 133)
  • KM 25,4 Turn right : montée de la Basse.
  • KM 27,0 Turn left : rang de la Basse.
  • KM 31,8 Turn left : chemin Ste-Victoire.
  • KM 34,1 Turn right : montée Ste-Victoire (Road 239 North)
  • KM 37,7 Turn left : rang Bellevue
  • KM 46,5 Carefully cross road 132 and continue on rang Bellevue.
  • KM 46,7 Turn left on the La Sauvagine bike path and continue untill the parking (P1). 
  • KM 55,5 : End at the parking (P1) of the the Bureau d'information touristique de la région de Sorel-Tracy (92 chemin des Patriotes, Sorel-Tracy).

This itinerary brings you different attractions and services. Take time to rest in two magnificent parks, one facing the St. Lawrence River, to visit the oldest camp in North America. You could also stay either in a 4-star camping, a magnificent bed and breakfast or a welcoming motel with beautiful woodwork. Along the way, if you are hungry, you will see grocery stores or diners. As your trip comes to an end, you could visit our local mall which has 50 shops.
