The restaurant Chez Marc Beauchemin, located in the heart of Survenant country on Embarras Island since 1940, is renowned for its specialty from the Îles de Sorel, La Gibelotte. Nestled in a natural setting surrounded by channels and marshes, this place offers an exceptional culinary experience where you can enjoy a delicious Gibelotte accompanied by roasted perch and traditional pickled onions on bread. The restaurant also has a 160-foot dock to accommodate boats, jet skis, kayaks, and sailboats, and you can get there by car, motorcycle, or bike.
